It is believed that there may be many things that contribute to health problems. In this age where so much of pollution everywhere, people have a very poor diet, people engage in so many activities that lead to stress, the environment in which we live may be poor in hygiene. Hence, many things can be blamed for bad health, but overall the need to address health issues and removal of toxins from the body is imperative. Naturopathy doesn’t use medicine with intentional emphasis. Food is considered a medicine in naturopathy and food can also be the cause of illnesses. Naturopathy believes that the causes and treatment of diseases are the same. In naturopathy, diseases are not treated with a narrowed down approach, diseases are treated from a holistic point of view by improving one’s immunity power, an approach which is absent in other common forms of medicine. So, it treats with preventive measures in mind.
