The students experience it first hand on themselves and once you learn and experience how to do it on yourself first, you’ll be able to guide your students in helping them ease stress and anxieties. There is going to be some guided practice to understand the huge relationship between emotional accumulation in the body with a thought pattern. Naturopathy: Self-healing through five elements

During the course, you are going on from learning the basic Naturopathy techniques using the 5 elements (earth water fire air and space) to some of the more advanced ones. Naturopathy not only helps you in healing but also boosts your energies and offers you a way to prevent illness. This module offers a unique opportunity to learn how to reconnect through Earth Water Air Fire and Space to rebalance the body and the mind.

Ayurveda: 3 Doshas

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. As well as Naturopathy it is not based on treating disease but to promote good health. Ayurveda suggests that there are three life forces or energies called Doshas. They are Vata (Space and air) Pitta (Fire and water) and Kapha (water and earth). Course Curriculum

Your Asana practice will cover styles that are more Yang in nature such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow as well as Yin style as slow Hatha and Yin Yoga. This has a positive impact on memory, helping digestion, freeing from negative thoughts and so on. We will also focus on shearing this knowledge with others. Some of these classes are joined with other students of the school.

Mantra chanting has always been an important part of Yogic practices. It helps us to create a vibration that attracts positive energy and turns our awareness. During the training, we will chant together and guide you to use this beautiful tool in your life as well.

Yogic practices are giving us tools to explore the physical body and then finally to see what is lies beyond. Everything can be done with meditativeness and with the curiosity towards the mystery of life itself. During the training, you will explore several activities as well as passive meditations to help you bring more awareness into your daily life as well as to your classes.

The advanced Anatomy classes will cover more of the systems of the human body and help you to integrate this knowledge in your yoga class sequencing. Looking at the asanas from the anatomical point of view will help you to work deeper with the topics of your yoga classes.

We provide three time pure vegetarian and vegan meals each day along with herbal tea and snacks. The food served is strictly vegetarian with no exceptions and in accordance with the principles of Naturopathy and Yoga. Our food is simple yet very delicious. We also give a cooking class at the end of the training where students learn how to make a chappati, lentils and curry masala.
