The excess amount of negative emotions forms certain kinds of emotional blockages in the body over time. Even though these blockages are unnoticeable to the blank eyes, however, they result in critical illnesses that prevent the person’s personal as well as spiritual growth. The Yoga postures and meditation techniques emphasize the lower part of the body including lower abdomen, hips, thighs, and calves as the emotional blockages mostly found in these areas. All the Yoga postures are of traditional Hatha Yoga style and offer great health benefits. On the other hand, the practice of meditation or pranayama wakes up the energy centers of the body and heals past as well as present pain/trauma. As a result, when these blockages get released the affected person will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
During the 6-day course, the participants will undergo treatments which mainly focus on the lower part of the body where most of these emotional blockages found to be located. How Your Day Will be?
The “Releasing of Your Emotional Blocks” retreat covers a 6-days long intensive session.
Day 1: Early morning pranayama session will be conducted on the rooftop from 7 am to 8 am. A cup of herbal tea will be provided at the end of the session. From 8.30 am to 9.30 am a variety of basic Yoga asanas and postures will be introduced to the participants. The breakfast will be served at 10 am and participants will be offered free time to spend by enjoying the surroundings. Later, the emotional blockage and meditation session will be held from 11.30 am to 1 pm. The lunch will be served at 1.30 pm and thereafter the participants will be asked to relax. Afterward, the Yogasana practice session and meditation session will be conducted from 4.30 pm to 6 pm and 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm respectively. At night, the dinner will be served from 8 pm to 9 pm.
Day 2: The participants will be asked to gather on the rooftop at 7 am for the pranayama session and at the end of the session, around 8 am, the herbal tea will be served. Then at 8.30 am, the participants will be asked to practice the Yoga postures until 9.30 am and later the breakfast will be catered at 10 am. From 11.30 am to 1 pm, the emotional blockage and meditation session will be conducted whereas the lunch will be served at sharp 1.30 pm. Again the participants will be asked to gather for Yogasana practice which will be conducted from 4.30 pm to 6 pm. The meditation session will start after half an hour and continues up to 7.30 pm. The dinner will be served sharply at 8 pm.
Day 3: On the rooftop, the pranayama session will take place from 7 am to 8 am and the herbal tea will be served at the end of this session. Thereafter, the yoga practice session will be held from 8.30 am to 9.30 am and the breakfast will be catered at 10 am. Then, the participants will be asked to return at 4.30 pm for Yogasana practice after a long period of relaxation. In between the lunch will be served at sharp 1.30 pm. The meditation session will be held up to 6 pm. Further, the meditation session will be conducted from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. The dinner at 8 pm.
Day 4: At sharp 7 am, the pranayama session will start on the rooftop and continue up to 8 am. Herbal tea will be offered immediately after the end of the session. Later, the Yogasana session will take place from 8.30 am to 9.30 am and the breakfast will be catered at 10 am. From 11.30 am to 1 pm the massage or sauna service will be offered for the participants. The lunch will be served at 1.30 pm. Afterward, Yogasana, as well as meditation sessions will be conducted from 4.30 pm to 6 pm and 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm respectively. The dinner will be served at sharp at 8 pm.
Day 5: In the morning, the pranayama session will be conducted on the rooftop from 7 am to 8 am. The herbal tea will be served immediately after this session. Later, the participants will be asked to gather for Yogasana practice from 8.30 am to 9.30 am and the breakfast will be catered around 10 am. The massage or sauna service will be provided from 11.30 am to 1 pm. The session on Yogasana practice will be held from 4.30 pm to 6 pm while the meditation session will be conducted from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. The dinner at 8 pm.
Day 6: As per the schedule, the pranayama session will take place on the rooftop from 7 am to 8 am and the herbal tea will be supplied at the end of the session. The Yogasana practice will be conducted from 8.30 am to 9.30 am whereas the breakfast will be served around 10 am. After breakfast, the official announcement on the conclusion of the retreat session will be made and the participants will be asked to check out.
